I tried yoga only once in my life and it's only 10 minutes, because it's really hard to do. However, I always have desire, but it’s expensive in our country. I think it’s a perfect way to relax as Emma told us. I once do yoga, when I suddenly couch the channel, where they do yoga and I tried but it’s really hard but it’s the best way to feel your body build. Once I saw people in botany garden do yoga and it was quite interesting movement in visual side. You know when you're looking at people doing yoga you relax to and it’s the spiritual seance at the same time. It would be great if in our country was be many qualify centre where u can go and do yoga.
I have never tried yoga. But I think that its's very good for health. It has lots of request. Many people are focuse on theit mental, phisical and spiritul state, so lots of them have a little time to do exercises daily. It can remove their bad mood and make them relaxed. In my case I think that it's necessary to do yoga. Not just relax, it's calme me down and become cheerful. So it has a big influence over anyone.
I have never tried yoga in spite of I know it's good for body,minde and generally for health.People who wants to lose weight they do various diets and torture themselves,when they can lose their weight easier.they can do yoga and understand that it's the best way to be slim and healthy. As for me, in spite of everything I don't think to do yoga.
I have never tried yoga,but last year i wanted to practice it,because i know,it's the best way of relaxing ,useful for health and also it's amazing way to make your body more flexible... in a word, as an excercise i like it but i don't agree the statement that meditation is useful for each people, it's only our decision... :)

I want to know how i feel yoga exercise. I heard a year ago that the yoga center opened in tbilisi and I'm going to practicing it.
It's a pity,that i've never practised yoga.I'm interested in,but to tell the truth,i've a problem with my spine,so i can't do it.In common sense,yoga is regarded as the best way to keep fat,calm and it makes people enjoyable and helthfull,beside that,yoga used in the treatment of vitals.If you want to do yoga exercises on your own,be careful,you can do a lot of harm,so you need a professional trainer.you find he/she in Yoga Center Tbilisi.

Yoga is good for your heath. I know that it helps to be learn your. In addition, with yoga, people can have a good body. You do physical exercises what help you to get fit. Yoga is a commonly known generic term for physical, mental and spiritual disciplines.
I have never tried yoga. I always prefer fitness, because, on my mind physical activities is better than yoga. Yoga requires less efforts than fitness and that's why some people prefers yoga. It's suitable for lazy people. In addition, we have not high qualified yoga's specialists in Georgia, that's why I never do yoga, but i will try it ever, but not in Georgia.
